Thursday, April 20, 1:30ish Cruz peaked out of the bedroom window and did not see Zenaida’s car. I went into the Living Room expecting her or Yadiel to not be there. They were both home and we immediately realized that her car was stolen! She had arrived at home around 1pm. The neighbors across the street had video of the car leaving at 1:15.

Yadiel and I drove around the area in hopes of finding the car. No luck! I stopped at the local Police Station and made a report. They said that Kia and Hyundai cars have been targeted for thefts on TikTok.

Z has rented a car and State Farm has given us until Thursday, April 27 when they will declare the case closed and will cut a check for the value of the car.
